Monitoring & Rebooting

Managing a server is generally a challenging task. You either have to do the job on your own and dedicate your time to monitoring your Virtual Private Server, or, alternatively, you need to set up a third–party solution whose only job will be to watch over your VPS. And this is where our Managed Services package can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be added to our own custom–built server monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the critical tasks. And in the event of a service failure, our server administrators will be notified immediately and they will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server is not the simplest job on earth. You will either have to use a separate server or your personal computer, alternatively deploy a third–party solution. Our company offers a much simpler solution with our Managed Services deal. We’ll create a complete backup copy of your VPS server each week, so you never need to be afraid of permanently losing any critical info. Plus, we can always recover a backup copy very quickly. All backups we make are held on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually infinite number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It is an essential part of our Managed Services deal, which permits you to call for any of our senior server administrators to install any kind of software application and to fix any issue that you are experiencing with the Virtual Private Server.

Our Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
